Description
In this activity, students will research and investigate traditional food recipes from a country or culture from another part of the world relevant to content topic of class. After researching the recipes, students will choose one to try and make. Students will video record or take still photos of themselves making the food following the recipe. Students will upload their video to Vimeo.com or YouTube.com, if they used video to capture themselves making the recipe. Students will publish their recipe, video or photos, and a written review of the recipe and what they learned from the project to a class recipe wiki (or blog).
