Flex Learning Day Inservices

Facilitated flex learning day planning inservice workshops with middle/high school teachers
  1. Facilitated two middle/high school inservices with high school principal and middle/high school staff to develop strategies for implementing a flex learning day in the event of school closure due to weather emergencies.

Instructional Coaches

Led the evaluation and reorganization of instructional coaches in the Q-Comp plan
  1. Proposed to Q-Comp advisory to change the Q-Comp coaches positions.
    1. Shift technology coaches to become teacher coaches. 
    2. Increase total number of coaches from 15 to 18.
