Q-COMP ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Saint Peter Public Schools implemented Q-Comp during the 2014-2015 school year. As an administrative intern, I served on the Q-Comp Advisory Committee with six teachers, the superintendent, three building principals, and the special programs administrator. As a member of the advisory committee, I assisted the team to clarify unspecific guidelines and expectations as teachers adopted new programs and leadership roles. The team collectively evaluated the implementation and I made recommendations for making changes to the roles of teacher (instructional) coaches beginning in 2015-2016 school year. I also assisted the team by contributing to the development of the 2015-2016 Q-Comp budget. | COMPETENCIES Policy and Law Communication Instructional Management for the Success of All Learners Human Resource Management Judgment and Problem Analysis K-12 Leadership |
