TEACHER EVALUATION PROTOCOL @ Minnesota Valley Education District (MVED)
I implemented a new teacher evaluation system for the nine teachers at MVED's Saint Peter school sites. My experiences ranged from communicating details and requirements of teacher evaluation to staff at the beginning of the year, scheduling and conducting classroom walkthroughs and Instructional Rounds Protocol (IRPs) during the school year, reviewing teacher e-portfolios, and conducting summative teacher evaluations and conferences at the conclusion of the school year. | COMPETENCIES Leadership Organizational Management Human Resource Management Monitor Student Achievement K-12 Leadership |
